This is an excellent snack for busy people as it provides a balanced macronutrient profile and takes 2 minutes to prepare! This is also a great snack hack for when you have a sweet tooth! Dietitian tip: Use jelly that is only sweetened with fruit, such as Polaner brand jelly or Trader Joe's organic naturally sweetened jelly.
Athletes: Feel free to add another tablespoon of jelly and/or peanut butter to up the calories in this recipe.
For weight loss: Use ½ cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 1 tablespoon jelly.
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (preferable made only from peanuts, salt)
1 tablespoon organic strawberry jelly (or any jelly you like)
1. Add ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Enjoy. It was that easy!
